Julia joined IID in 2001 as a Part II graduate, successfully completing her RIBA Part III in 2002. From the outset it was clear that she had an exceptional talent combining design finesse with a remarkably mature understanding of construction. She is tenacious in her attention to detail. She has been Project Architect on a number of significant school projects including the £20 new build Chessington Community College. She became an Associate in 2005 and is one of our key champions in monitoring quality of both design and process within the practice via our ISO9001 certification and RIBA benchmarking.
Outside of work and family, she is designing and rebuilding her own house in Harrow.
